Want to rent a mountain bike in Twente? At MTB Twente you arrange your rental fully online, without any manual intervention.
Choose your date, enter your details and complete the payment. Within a few minutes you receive your personal pickup code by email, so you can collect your bike independently.

Day rental (08:00–20:00). Includes helmet and emergency repair kit.

Practical information
- Bike: Sensa Livigno XC with XT components, 1×12 drivetrain and air-suspension front fork.
- Helmet: Strongly recommended. Free to borrow.
- Pedals: Flat pedals, no clipless pedals.
- Emergency kit: Multitool, puncture repair kit, mini pump and spare inner tube available. Please return after use.

Frequently asked questions
Do I also need to rent a helmet?
No. You can borrow a helmet for free. Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended.
Can I rent multiple bikes at once?
Yes. Simply choose the desired number of bikes during the booking process.
Which mountain bike size should I rent?
During the booking process you choose the size yourself. Each size includes a height indication, making it easy to select the right bike.
Do I need cycling shoes with cleats?
No. Our bikes have flat pedals and no clipless pedals.
When can I pick up and return the bike?
From Friday to Tuesday between 08:00 and 20:00. You automatically receive a personal code to unlock your bike.
What if I return the bike late?
Make sure you return the bike before 20:00. If this is unexpectedly not possible, please let us know. Additional costs may be charged for late returns.
What happens in bad weather?
Rental continues in rain; mountain biking is an outdoor activity. In case of thunder, storm or icy conditions, please contact us in advance to discuss the situation.
What if I get a flat tyre or have a mechanical issue?
An emergency repair kit is available in the kiosk for use during your ride; please return it afterwards. We do not offer a pickup service. If you cannot continue, lock the bike safely, share your location with us and we will help think through a practical solution.
What if I damage the bike?
Normal signs of use are okay. In case of damage, loss or theft, costs may be charged. Always report damage within 24 hours.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
At the moment, you cannot change or cancel a booking online yourself. Please contact us via info@mtbtwente.nl.
