How do I know if my reservation was successful?
After payment you’ll receive a confirmation email with your reservation code within a few minutes.
Didn’t receive an email? Check your spam folder or contact us at
info@mtbtwente.nl.
Where can I find my reservation code?
In the confirmation email (under “Your reservation code”).
What information do I see when I look up my reservation?
The rental date, the number of bikes, sizes and bike numbers.
Lock codes will be displayed after a short verification.
What if my reservation is not found?
Double-check your code for typos (e.g. O/0). Still not working?

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Up to 24 hours before the start you can change or cancel for free on this page.
Enter your reservation code and choose Cancel reservation.
We’ll refund the amount within a few working days via the same payment method.
Can I add extra bikes?
Yes, if there is availability. Simply make an extra booking via the
Rent an MTB page. You’ll then receive a second reservation code.
